I live to create.

From as far back as I can remember, the feeling of cloth between my fingers has always sparked something in me. From teaching myself to sew in 7th grade, to building costumes in the opera department at university, to traveling and living around the world in search of handcraft and textiles that speak to me. I am most content with a needle and thread in hand, sitting with the hum of the sewing machine, or standing over a dye pot, connecting to my vision for a piece.

My place in this world is to create, leaving behind a piece of my own heart and story in every stitch. I would be honoured if something I create sparks something in you, and perhaps one day you may be the new home for a piece of my work.
