This is a one-of-a-kind, naturally dyed quilt finished with lines of hand stitching. A labor of love created as an intention for your home and heart.
The design tugged at me as summer swims grew colder and the Autumn fog began to roll in. An ode to summer ocean swims, drying off in striped vintage beach towels, as we watch the summer sun dip behind the mountains.

Process: fibres were dyed with natural plant dyes, intuitively stitched and patched together to make the quilt top, layered with lofty wool batting and finally hand-quilted together. The result is a yummy, irresistibly cozy quilt.

Gentle Love + Care: Natural dye hues can shift over time. It reminds us of the impermanence and ever-changing beauty of life.
To keep the colour true, gentle wash in cool water with a pH neutral (pH7) earth friendly soap. Avoid harsh generic soaps.
Keep your fibres moving - not sitting to soak.
Press in a towel to remove excess water. Lay flat to dry.*
*A short time in a tumble dryer on low/medium heat can help enliven the feel and texture of your textile.
